Held in Bloom is a handcrafted botanical milk bath blend of lavender, chamomile and calendula with Epsom salt, powdered milk and lavender essential oil.

Scoop the blend into the included reusable muslin bag, steep it in warm bathwater, and allow an ordinary bath to become a quiet ritual.

The muslin bag keeps the botanicals contained while the milk bath, salts and soft lavender aroma disperse into the water.

No elaborate routine required.

Just warm water, botanicals and a moment worth lingering in.

Each bath uses approximately ½ cup (4.2 oz / 119 g) of Held in Bloom.

THE RITUAL

Fill the included muslin bag with approximately ½ cup of Held in Bloom and securely pull the drawstring closed.

Place beneath warm running water or directly into your filled bath.

Allow the sachet to steep as the bath fills, gently squeezing the bag occasionally to help disperse the milk bath.

Settle in.

Let the flowers steep.

Stay awhile.

After bathing, empty the botanicals from the muslin bag, rinse thoroughly and allow the bag to dry completely before its next use.
