Shipping policy

Shadow & Aurum Atelier products are handcrafted in small batches in a licensed commercial kitchen. Please allow allotted business days for production and preparation before shipment. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination. We ship to 28 countries. Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
